FLEXUS-200-SOUNDBAR 3.1.2 Sound System Soundbar (2024)
Product details
Web ID: 19276107Powerful, loud sound. Klipsch above the rest as al
I don't need a super powerful ultra mega crazy theater setup. I previously used a Cinema 600 system in my living room that I absolutely loved and shook the house when kicked up to 11. This thing makes the Cinema 600 look like child's play. Paired with the SUB-100 the Core 200 goes beyond what I got out of the Cinema 600, and I thought that thing was excellent. If you're looking for a decent budget setup that won't break the bank and gives you powerful sound for the money, this is a massive bang for your buck without spending your life savings for quality theatrical sound. Once again a wonderful product from Klipsch and a continued fan of their products.

Unacceptable support for a known defective product
I’ve had this soundbar for 11 months. The first 4 months it played great. Then the subwoofer output messed up and is no longer usable. I’ve read other complaints with the same issue. Klipsch agreed to replace the soundbar 5 months ago. I’m still waiting for that replacement. Their only contact is through emails. I’ve made numerous inquiries about the delay but keep getting “back order” replies. At the same time, they have the soundbar listed as in stock on their website. Klipsch is not honoring their product warranty.

Typical Klipsch, which is mostly good.
I purchased a Klipsch Flexus Core 210 on sale and I haven't decided yet whether or not I'll keep it. I'll get the bad out of the way. Like most (powered) Klipsch products I've tried or owned (meaning those with electronics packed in), the Flexus Core 200 is a little rough around the edges. Most of this is functional, with a single cosmetic point: While the design of the sound bar is admittedly very classy, the fabric. Just...the fabric. Not even two days in and there are white smudges of something or other in a couple of different spots. I'm certain it will also prove to be wonderful at collecting dust. Just why? Cost, I'm sure. Fabric is cheap. Cheap and awful. Other than that, like I said: pretty classy (the wood veneer is nice). Beyond the looks, the app is rough. It often doesn't connect, requiring multiple attempts. This is an issue confirmed by many in various AV forms. Yes, the sound bar is updated. Yes, I'm using the latest version of the app. No, my phone isn't a piece of crap (brand new Galaxy S25+). This is an issue with the app. Klipsch should bring development in house. I know that's more head-count, but if you want to produce the best possible companion software for a product that's pretty much dependent on it, full control and oversight of the development is a must. Also, if someone owns a single compatible Klipsch product, just take them directly to its controls, rather than requiring an extra tap to select the only product in the home. First-world problems, I know. As for the good, the sound is really good - not stellar, but really good - for a sound bar. Assuming Klipsch actually leveraged Onkio's know-how for the electronics, as opposed to just using their name, I'd say doing so was a pretty smart move. In my experience, it IS more room-filling than a little of other sound bars, especially those in its price range. This is, to my ears, largely because Klipsch just does bass and subwoofers better than almost every other name on a sound bar product. I was shocked at how much low end there was from just the sound bar itself, nevermind the subwoofer. With the Sub 100 connected, it sounds much "bigger" than it is. I do wish it would switch between Bluetooth and TV inputs without having to use the remote or (ugh) the app (will it connect this time?). More granular eq would be nice, too. It's great that the custom settings are saved, but a even a 5-band equalizer that allowed the customer to save two or three different custom presets would be super nice. As for Atmos, it's pretty "meh." I think it's mostly a gimmick, unless you have discrete speakers mount in or to the ceiling, etc. The dialogue enhancement is definitely nice and works well, though. I'll give it that. Overall, it's a pretty great product with several missed opportunities to have made it stellar in its class.

Massive upgrade
I replaced an older 5.1 receiver and 2 passive towers, a passive middle speaker, 350 watt powered subwoofer and 2 passive rear surround speakers with the 200 system, 100 sub, and 100 surrounds and it is miles and miles better sounding than what I had. My wife is tickled to death with the sound and the fact that there are no wires! I was considering the more powerful sub and surrounds, but it was not necessary!

Good sound quality
It had really good sound quality and I loved that it had Bluetooth to connect to other devices. It was not compatible with my current tv and I would have to get a different cord for it to work. Other than that it is really good quality!

A Soundbar That Truly Delivers!
After trying multiple soundbars—including the Sony HT-A5000, which I initially chose to pair with my Sony TV—I can confidently say the Klipsch Flexus CORE 200 stands out in every way. The sound quality is simply phenomenal. Whether you're watching movies, streaming music, or gaming, the audio is rich, immersive, and crystal clear. The build quality is equally impressive. It feels premium and well-engineered, which adds to the overall experience. Setup was a breeze, and the companion app is intuitive and easy to use. My only wish is that the app included equalizer presets specifically tailored for movie watching—but that’s a minor gripe in an otherwise stellar package. One feature I really appreciate is the subwoofer input, which gives you the flexibility to use any subwoofer you prefer. That kind of versatility is rare and very welcome. This is the third soundbar I’ve purchased, and I finally feel like I’ve found “the one.” It hits the sweet spot of performance, quality, and value. If you're in the market for a soundbar, skip the trial-and-error and make your first purchase the best one—go with the Klipsch Flexus CORE 200.

Pure pleasure
Ear candy. I haven’t experienced sound like this in a long time. I’m not new to Klipsch but this sound bar takes sound to a new level.

Massive sound quality
I have had the Core200 for over two months. I just wanted to enhance the TV sound without a home cinema. I must say this has exceeded my expectations. It is more than enough for what I wanted, everything is so balanced and real, I just can't believe all the sound and effects from this bar. The app is also great, you can refine tune according to what you are listening to and/or watching.
