Disappointed

The pendant is nice, but the necklace arrived with a broken clasp. As I read the return procedure I noticed that it could not be returned to Macy's, where I purchased it. It would have to be shipped back to another seller. I tried to replace the clasp, but the chain was too thin to insert a jump ring. I had to throw out the chain and use one of my own silver chains. I will be more careful with ordering from Macy's jewelry again.
