I Will Never Order From Macy's Online Again

I was so disappointed that I ordered five items from Macy's and they all came separately. The most important item was delivered to the wrong address so I never received it - a Tripod with accessories. Fed Ex did nothing to try to track where it was left, at some doorstep that had a "Home Sweet Home" welcome mat according to the photo Fed Ex sent me. I will never order another thing from Macy's Online every again. I really needed that tripod and the accessories that come with it but had to settle for a cheap WalMart one. Also, Macy's charged me individual tax on each item that was sent separately which I found unacceptable. I was a very long time customer at Macy's Online, but not anymore.
