- Shake shampoo well and thoroughly wet hair with lukewarm water, then apply shampoo all over your hair; gently rub your scalp and massage toward the ends of the hair; rinse and repeat as necessary
- For the dry shampoo method, section dry hair into 4 or 8 sections depending on length and volume, then pump shampoo on hand or directly on to scalp, massage the scalp and pull the shampoo to the tip; repeat with each section
- Complete the shampooing process by rinsing with lukewarm water
