I place my order on November 28 and have been tracking my package for almost three weeks now. The tracking website has been saying "shipping" for three weeks now and sending alerts about delayed delivery to the post office due to severe weather conditions. So I finally decided to contact an agent just for them to tell me "your package was delivered December 9" Yet I still HAVE NOT received my order!!!!!!! I have Never had such a HORRIBLE experience with online shopping. I understand it's the holiday season and the weather has been crazy, but this is COMPLETELY unacceptable whatsoever! The lack of updating the tracking page for my package. And then the false information that it was delivered 8days ago Yet I have yet to receive anything is Insane. I will Never do any online shopping with this website ever again. My review is 0 stars

Delivery not yet received

I can't comment on merchandise I am yet to receive. I still have not received them which I can't understand why so long. Next time I'll go get them the delivery time is terrible!
