Damaged and defective

I received damaged and defective items it was packaged in this condition which is totally unfair to the customer. What happened to Macy's inspections prior to shipping it needs to return. Or just tell the customer the it's no longer available .but to package scratched up items inside with dark dye marks is horrible especially because that's where the ice goes which can lead to toxins that can cause a person to get sick ...I totally disappointed I only gave one star because I like the color on the outer appearance.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
