Design flaws lead to catastrophic failure
We bought this machine in late 2019. Once dialed in, it made decent coffee drinks. There are some critical design flaws. First, the brew unit is not removable so it is almost impossible to clean adequately and replacement of the piston o-rings (which will need to be replaced every 2 years or so) is a major disassembly job. Second, the machine had a catastrophic failure after 4 years of use with the bottom of the housing cracking in multiple locations due to becoming brittle and liquid leaking all over the counter instead of the drip tray. These are major design flaws and a machine at this price point should last longer. Repairing the machine is not cost effective since Krups is not standing behind their design flaws.

Great - when it works.
We've had issues with our machine ever since my husband purchased it. Following several weeks of research, we settled on the Krups. We've had to replace several parts, and then when a more serious repair seems to be needed, we have to send to a repair center. We live in a large city - the lack of repair options locally is really poor. Would not recommend and will not purchase another Krups appliance.

good when it works but very short life
Purchased this item in May. Loved it, however after 10 short weeks and only using it for approx. 10-12 cups a week the grinder no longer works. I ave to send it to repair even though I live in a very large city. Very bad for an expensive item like this. Tried to find a place locally but nobody can get parts except the repair places from Krups. I give it low scores as I expect a new item to work longer than 10 weeks! Very disappointed.

Addicted!
I received the Krups cappuccino machine for free to review as part of the Viewpoints sampling program! I had previously had coffee maker experience from a simple Mr. Coffee maker to, most recently, a Keurig Rivo. Compared to other coffee makers I feel like the Krups cappuccino machine is far superior!

I love this machine
I have used this product every day for the past week and a half (usually multiple times a day) and I have not bought coffee since. I love the quality of the drinks, I love how easy the touch screen is to use and follow, I love how quickly the drinks are made. From a traditional "cup of coffee" to a latte to an espresso shot I have been happy with the drinks that it makes. Its my new favorite gadget to show off to visitors.

The best cappuccino whenever I want it...
I love cappuccino and this cappuccino machine is great! The assembly was easy but getting out of the box wasn't. It has a nice look but it's big and takes most of my countertop. I've had it for just 1 week and so far,so good. It's not like a Keurig that you press one or 2 buttons and your coffee is ready but it definitely is worth the extra minutes to make it. I highly recommend it.

Love the Krups 2-in-1 Touch!
I am really impressed with this machine and the ease of use! This was my first time venturing beyond a simple coffee maker and while at first I was a little hesitant with all the functionality, Krups made it super easy with the 2-in-1 Touch. I'm now making all my favorite latte and Cappucino drinks with a simple touch of a screen. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to make restaurant quality coffee at home.

Game Changer
This is a great new asset in my kitchen. Produces high quality drinks. Overall footprint is smaller than I expected and is very sleek - looks great on the counter!
