Deceptive Description

The size of the picture in the description is 27x33. I received a picture that is 19x23 (including mat and frame). I called Customer Service to advise I received the wrong size item. After three phone calls I was finally able to return the19x23 picture and exchange it for 27x33 picture. I just received another 19x23 picture, not the 27x33 picture that I ordered and paid for. I'm assuming since I recived the much smaller size picture again that there isn't a 27x33 as described. If you want a smaller picture, the white rose and frame is beutiful. However, I am very disappointed in the size and givng the item one star for not receiving the item as described.
