Some downsides to clock

Light bright and can only be slightly dimmed. Setting the alarm is unduly complicated.

Clock is very flimsy and very lightweight. Definitely not worth the price. Complete disappointment. I will return it.

Expect More for Premium Price

Compared with my digital Brookstone alarm clock (model 590877) which I had for many, many years, the quality in this La Crosse LED Alarm Clock seems lacking for the high price point. Unfortunately nowadays, It seems like the trend in manufacturing cheap overseas products. Pros: Large format digital display, varying brightness, temperature and humidity readouts, lightweight, alarm functions. Cons: Overpriced, cheap plastic buttons on top with weak springs don't feel like they will last.

simple and classy accessory

perfectly simple! the only thing missing is the date. easy to setup, lightweight and the bright setting is so bright my daughter likes it as her nightlight. large size digits you can easily read.
