this looks really good, but it is a bit taller than the other one they make that is very similar (it's about an inch taller and I am afraid I will have issues at airports). I do like that it has two compartments inside the "flap"/cover (most all others these days have one and I like 2 to separate), and I like the parallel lines to tighten/keep items in place (as opposed to one vertical line). The zippers seemed a bit stiff but I suspect that's because it's brand new - they do seem super sturdy and great quality overall. Returning it just because it is 1" taller and don't want to risk it with various airlines.

It is well designed with more available volume in the main chamber. It fits very well (wheels towards you) in overhead compartments. I was tired of sharing my extra space with my husband so I bought another for him. It's very lightweight and tracks well while rolling.

Not a real warranty

The handle broke within six months of purchase. They sent me a new handle and an instructional video with 22 steps on how to remove the broken one and install the new one. It was too complicated for me, so I asked them for a voucher or something so I could have it fixed at a repair shop. The only two repair places they'd support were 90 minutes away, which means 6 hours of going back and forth. I paid myself to have it fixed at a shop in my neighborhood. To me, that's NOT a warranty.

This luggage is very deceiving. This size luggage is NOT a carry on. Most airlines allow you up to 22 inches to be considered a carry on. when you advertise 21 " Carry on spinner. Inside of luggage is 21". Outside of luggage is 24". This NOT carry on. I want a refund!!!
