Good quality! But I ordered a 26” but …..

The suitcase construction was fine, but I ordered a 26”. What I received was huge and my measurement was 28”, so I returned it. Too big for my average usage.

Good quality suitcase.

Lightweight. Rolls smoothly. Zippers work well. An all around good suitcase.

Macys not helpful

The wheels don’t roll straight they roll off to the side, which makes it very difficult to manage. I called Macy’s exactly 30 days after item was delivered. They said they couldn’t help me because it was more than 30 days from the time I ordered it.

I love this company and its luggage

I have had a set of Ricardo luggage for well over 10 years and I travelled frequently- at least two air trips a month. It stood up really well. I have tendency to over pack and the zipper tore once - it was really my fault but the company covered the repair. The pieces are still really good but my travel has seriously picked up again in our recovery from COVID. So I think I should replace - even though I’m not a100% sure I need to but this new one is good replacement. My old ones had a beautiful fabric pattern - I loved it because I could always spot it on carousel - I wish Ricardo was still offering patterned soft side luggage. I don’t live traveling but having a pretty bag helps!!!

Don't bother - bad product

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased this is for a trip and it actually broke before I even got to the airport to depart for my flight. I had to check a broken suitcase on a flight to Hawaii. How embarrassing and costly as I was forced to buy a suitcase for the return trip.
