Defective Dress

I purchased this dress specifically to wear on my vacation. Unfortunately, when I tried it on at home, the strings broke immediately, making the dress unwearable. I was leaving for vacation the next day, which is why I purchased it in the first place. After returning from vacation, I realized I had forgotten to return it within the timeframe. However, the issue is due to a defect, as the dress broke the first time I tried it on. Because of this, I am now left with an expensive dress that I was never able to wear. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with a refund or exchange.

Looks cheap and thin. Returned the item. Low price at many other sites.

poor quality

Broke the first time tried on. Once fixed the dress runs large. Poor Quality for price paid.

love my favorite new dress

Sexy I’m a large or Ex large and the M/L fits perfect my husband loves it woohoo. Did take a little long to deliver 👎 But I must say it was worth the wait!!!!💜💜💜💜💜
