Isn’t even here yet

I’m giving this one star because it hasn’t arrived yet. This is nearly 3 weeks in transit and will now arrive too late for my granddaughter to wear to school. Macys shipping used to be better than this, but switching to USPS Ground has added weeks to delivery.
