Macys states false delivery expectations

Order LA K Pop hoodie on Dec5th with delivery date stated 3-6 business days. On Dec 9, order is still in “processing”stage. Macys customer service stated delivery date would be Dec18th. It’s a birthday gift that needed to be delivered by Dec16. Very disappointed in Macys once again. Especially now that Macys is advertising all orders placed by Dec21 will be delivered by Dec25. Hahaha Shame on you Macys !!!!!
