Assembly required

States no assembly required but arrived with all pieces to assemble

Does not come assembled, pieces don't match up

Terrible experience. The chair was NOT, as the description would have you believe, 'fully assembled.' It wasn't assembled at all. And an hour later it's still not complete because the arms do not line up with the holes where they are supposed to go. So I've got 3/4 of a chair. For the money I spent I would have expected better, much better.
