sink down and does not go up.

One of the chairs I bought sinks down and does not go up. I could not even get a customer service rep to talk to. Not sure how I can get it replace or returned.

I recommed this item.

I bought this chair for my Son and Husband. They are both very pleased. I am hopeful that they will hold up. I ordered another one for my husband for work as the chair they provide is horrible.
