I needed a new pillow and instead of repurchasing my usual pillow, I decided to give this Lazy Boy pillow a try because it is gusseted and "designed for side sleepers." The listing picture shows a thick, fluffy pillow. What I received was neither thick nor fluffy. Yes, it is gusseted, but it's so flimsy that you don't notice it. I found it difficult to sleep on this pillow when sleeping on my back or on my side. It is so flimsy, your head just sinks into it all the way down, almost to the mattress. It prevents me from sleeping on my back entirely because it allows my head to fall back and does not keep my neck aligned. When sleeping on my side, I had to mess around it with it a ton to get in a spot that would provide some support for my neck and did not allow my head to fall down to the side. I feel like I made a huge mistake by purchasing this pillow. For the price, it is absolutely not worth it.
