Pass on this

I purchased this pillow on a significant sale. I am a side sleeper and was looking forward to trying this out since it is marketed to side sleepers. I was incredibly disappointed. The pillow is much flatter than seen in the pictures. It is gusseted but that does not help much. When I sleep on my side, the pillow does not properly support my neck and head. My head ends up too far down which causes poor sleep and neck pain. I tried sleeping on my back but the same situation happens. The pillow simply does not have enough support and causes neck pain. I am glad I purchased this on sale because it definitely is not worth the price.
