I doubt it's earrings sent from Macy's.

The earrings arrived in poor condition — no tag, missing backing, and placed in a cheap plastic bag. I went to the store to report the issue and request a return, but because there was no price tag, I felt like I was treated suspiciously and was told to mail the return instead. The whole experience was very upsetting. I also had a shipping mistake earlier this month. I’ve trusted Macy’s for years, but I don’t know what’s happening lately. Very disappointing.

Not happy

I got today the earring, when I opened it the earring is inside the mini zip jewelry bag and place on another pouch. I am not happy knowing it is coming from Macys. Not satisfied at all.
