Deceptive picture of the earring!

The picture is deceptive. I bought the red "Ruby" version of this earring. It is so small and so flimsy, hard to open and wear for fear of breaking it because of how flimsy it is. Also, not much space to hold and wear as you get it to open. I would not recommend it at all.

Horrible service!

I didn't get the discount you gave me, but a completely different design. I ended up returning to the store to exchange them, and after I did, I noticed they were bent. Weird website error: I ordered Ruby earrings! Received first: pearl earrings! Spoke to excellent customer service, sent replacement Ruby earrings as I returned the unwanted pearly ones. HOWEVER, order kept saying sapphire for both orders! And still is!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Earrings are cute, not large but pretty and price fantastic.
