Missing 1 Sham

The product is very good, but I bought the 3 piece quilt set (queen/full) and 1 sham is missing. Unbelievable! What I have to do?

Bad stitching

Buyer Beware !!!!!! Do not waste your hard earned money on this set. I washed it as soon as I got it and the stitching unraveled along the seems on the Shams and Comforter. Sorry Macys this is a bad set. Do not continue to sell this item

Missing pillow covers and the package zip was brok

I picked it up from the store, and the product wasn't in good condition. The package zip was broken, and the pillow covers were missing. Although I like the quality of the product, I will return this order because of the condition. Also, I would like Macy's to provide more flexible online support instead of just sending me back to the store.
