Faulty Clasp

The locking clasp on the bracelet comes loose and opens. I JUST gifted this bracelet to my son and it fell right off of his wrist while he was wearing it at school and it was lost! He then informed me he had been struggling to keep it on and it often came loose. Very disappointed with the quality of the product.
