Not a good experience

I purchased two lamps. They are beautiful however, both lamps came damaged— missing crystal strings and/or chips. I had to reach out to the vendor several times before getting a response from the vendor to replace the damaged lamps. To date I have not received replacement parts and the vendor has gone silent. Thee is no instructions on returning the lamps and it would cost me more to return the lamps than what it cost. I would not purchase from All the Rage.

Gorgeous lamp!

This lamp is so gorgeous on my nightstands. I bought new bedding and it is just so beautiful. It gives off really great light. It gives the look of a crystal candelabra. So stunning! I had an issue when one of the two lamps had broken crystals. I called Macy’s customer service and they told me that they would send me a new lamp out priority shipping at no cost. The lamp arrived quickly and I did not have to deal with the return of the other lamp. Wow was I impressed with the great customer service response!
