DISAPPOINTED

This lamp is very unattractive, it should have been a little taller to show the beauty of it so, I returned them (2) Macy's received the items on Dec 18th and, I'm still to get my refund. I contacted them a few times well and, getting the running around about the date I should receive it. First, was 7 days after they received them, then 10, then 13 days after. Now it's after jan 4th. Soooo disappointed in Macy's.
