    • HOW TO USE:
    • Apply eyeliner as close to lashes as possible for a tight line, or gradually increase to create a dramatic cat eye or smoky eye makeup look; use the tip of the pencil to fill in any gaps between lashes; formula is ultra-waterproof and sets quickly
    • Hold mascara wand horizontally by lashes and apply in an upward swiping motion for top lashes and a downward swiping motion for bottom lashes; layer as desired
    • Apply lipstick in a single stroke for intense color payoff; for the perfect result, apply lip color to your lips from the center outward, then blot any excess product

  • 16 Hours in & the Lancôme waterproof eyeliner pencil is still going strong. Additionally, I used the Big MONSIEUR mascara on my falsies & got this big volume well defined (not clumpy) result. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Glittery Definition!

This eyeliner pencil is a beautiful deep blue (I also bought one in black) and has subtle glitter suitable for day and evening. It’s on my list as something I’ll buy again and again!

Not a vibrant color

The color needs to have a better pigment of Purple. Looks like it’s black.

I miss your old eye liner pencil soooo much, I found it easier to use, and it didn’t stain my skin.
