Stop changing

The problem I have with this cream is that I only got a year to use this formula which is excellent before I was using visionaire line which I loved. Before absoule I was using different moisturizers. Please keep the same formula for genific, absolue, because the costumers who have been with lancome for over 10 will truly appreciate it

It took two weeks to get this order.

I received the review information a week before I got my order! I have used Lancome for the last 40 years. I prefer the Absolue soft cream, but I went with this one because it was discounted a little bit. It is really expensive product, but I like it so I keep buying it. I was offered a gift with purchase so that helps to offset the cost. The gifts with purchase have gotten downsized! I used to get a full lipstick and now I got a tiny sample. There used to be five items plus the bag and now there’s four. Add one more thing to the list of shrinkflation.
