Bi Facil is a BIG Yes

Of all the waterproof eye makeup removers I have used - and it's pretty much been everything on the market- I keep coming back to the tried and true BiFacil. It does not irritate my eyes, easy to clean off residue, removes all the waterproof mascara. As a Film/ TV makeup artist, I use this for my actors as well as myself with no negative results in my experience. It is a fantastic product and worth the expense.
