Doesn’t remove Japanese mascara

I wear Japanese mascara cuz it’s the only thing that keeps my stick straight but long lashes curled and lifted. I’ve been using neutrogea makeup remover and it worked well but not amazing. I tried this and I have to use a lot of product to remove the mascara. It gives me raccoon eyes it’s messy and takes 2 large facial wipes. Waste of product. More than neutrogena and this one’s expensive! Returning it.
