Online shopping from Macy’s

My online order was a total failure, received a defective merchandise, the Tommy Hilfiger Sweater had holes, Clark shoes had scratches, other sweaters had no tags looked used, will never buy anything on line again from Macy’s again, very disappointed now i have to drive over an hour to the nearest Macy’s to return everything.
