Birthday gift

This was a birthday gift. I had it shipped to their address so I never actually saw this in person. The person that receipt expressed how nice the sweater was and that he loves it. I didn’t like how long it takes Macys to ship something.

Package was delivered to wrong address! Clark, Macy supervisor was supposed to call me back and never did !!!

Charged Twice

My husband likes the sweater when we ordered it again. We never received the first on at Macy's sent it to an old address. I was told a staffer never changed my address to my new one even though I was reviewed in store. Macy's refuses to credit my account even though it was Macy's mistake.
