Bait and switch delivery promise

Macys is not true to their delivery promise. Delivered way pass the promised date. If you need your purchase for specific occasion, you maybe disappointed !

Birthday gift

This was a birthday gift. I had it shipped to their address so I never actually saw this in person. The person that receipt expressed how nice the sweater was and that he loves it. I didn’t like how long it takes Macys to ship something.
