Chambray Shirts

I recently purchased two of these blue chambray short sleeve shirts (dark blue and light blue) for my husband after he loved the long sleeve one a few months back. The two shirts fit snugly - a bit too snugly - and colors are nearly identical and clearly do not match the catalog online. He has worn the same Lands End Size L Tall for years. I’m disappointed that a light blue isn’t available. The quality of the shirt is very good but with the unfortunate fit, it will be returned.

Mediocre

I will keep it, but compared to many other chambray shirts I have had over the years, this fabric is not soft and comfortable and the color is not so good. The color of the product received is very different from the color as shown in the catalog and online.

Message to the management

This review is directed to the intelligencia at Lands End, let those mba holders know that the changes in the design of these iconic shirts is detrimental to the company. Shorter lengths in shirt and sleeves, thinner materials may look good on paper but not in reality. Your competition LL Bean, JCrew and Eddie Bauer will put to rest your efforts. Disappointed in seeing another product bite the dust is an understatement. 10/25/2025
