macy's delivery

I ordered two nightgowns for my mother for Christmas. Macy's delivered them to the wrong address even though I called them within 24 hours to give the correct address. They were guaranteed to arrive by Christmas - I picked them up at my office location of 10 YEARS ago on 1/3/26. Never again.
