Missing Item

The Robe arrived without a belt. Neither Macy's.com nor Lands End could provide a replacement. There was a severe language barrier with the Macy's.com customer service representative. Although the item was purchased on the Macy's.com website it was treated as a third party sale. I will think again before using Macy's.com

Heavenly!

Remember when a big soft robe meant heavy terry cloth? This is SO much nicer! It’s a soft, warm caress that makes stepping out of the shower or crawling out of bed more palatable. I’m 5’9” and pleased to report the sleeves are a good length for me.

Usual size M, L ordered for extra roominess. L is true to size. length as show, big pockets, material soft , warm but Not for wet bodies, not absorbent, Returning to buy the 100% terry which absorbs water. Recommended for dry bodies or over nightwear.

Nice..

Style is nice, but it runs huge. I’m 5’7”, 150lbs. I always buy a size L because I like robes roomy, but this one was enormous. Exchanged for size M. Fabric weight is good, not great. Style is good, I like that it doesn’t have a collar to fold down..
