Too much fabric
I’m 5'4", typically wear a Medium, and the size 10 fits, hitting about 6 inches above my ankle. However, the dress feels heavy and bulky. It arrived wrinkled in a small bag without tags. The skirt has too much fabric, adding volume around the hips. I’ll be returning it.
