Great for blowouts but has a bad smell when heated

This is my first L'ange brush. I do like the shape and ease of use for blowouts. That said, I thought about returning it because it smells bad when the heat from my blowdryer hits it. A stinky chemical smell that I've never had with any other brush. I decided to keep it, it still smells but maybe a bit less than when I unboxed it. For a product designed to have heat applied, disppointed with this issue although I do like the brush itself.

Best Brush ever

Probably the best hair brush I have ever tried. My hair is shiny and smooth after brushing with this ne brush and no static.
