Shipping Time is Horrible Now

I look for Macys to close all its doors soon. I along with generations of women in my family shopped here for decades. The service and quality is now subpar. Their long shipping times are unacceptable ESPECIALLY when they give customers a mere 30-day return window (many no longer have a Macy's in their city). I'm done after this bag finally arrives.

Macys website says shipped but UPS says other wise Estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package. its been 5 days on website saying it has shipped but UPS has no record of label yet....whats up with this? So i cant rate the product yet.
