Uncontrollable shipment

This is the most annoying Seller. Since the 6th I've got strange delivery messages every day, out to delivery than scheduled for delivery and returned to Seller. I called few times to Macy's Customer support and they promised to cancel and provide refund. I also sent message to Seller but they ignored my message. Still nothing changed, no cancelation, no refund, no Seller response. I would not recommend this Seller to anyone. It looks like Company is out of control over there sale. Terrible Terrible Terrible
