I have a large wrist and the only band that will fit is the stretch band. I like the clasp bands better though

I WANT A NEW WATCH THAT WORKS!!!!!!

I gave this watch as a gift to my sister for Christmas. It does NOT WORK. We were going to return it but the site said no returns after Nov. 3. What am I supposed to do with it. An exception should be made for Holiday gifts that are bought early. This was very embarrassing. We even took it to a jeweler to check the battery and that as not the problem. I want a new watch.
