What is happening to customer service these days?

Never received my shipment after several live conversations when they kept extending the delivery date. I finally told them just to cancel the order and was told I couldn’t do that either - I can only return it once I get it. So now it’s in limbo. I may get it some day, after I’m dead and gone. So disappointing, Macys!

Soft and Great Pattern/Design

I love a great, patterned sheet set and these do not disappoint. Stunning pattern. While not the super softest sheets, they are quite soft. Certain over time they will soften even more. Worth the price.
