poor quality, disappointing

I read mixed reviews on the bands before I purchased them, I always start with the 1 star reviews. I should have listened but I purchased them anyway. I asked my husband to attach the Grosgrain band to my watch, he immediately said" this is a pice of junk", of course I relied " it is not" and he attached the band for me. I went to put it on and the pin broke, darn! he was right! it's very poor quality.
