Short necklace no extender

I ordered the silver tone finish … the first shipment was the wrong item. Patiently awaiting the correct item, highly disappointed that the item description doesn’t match what was sent. Necklace is beautiful; however, the necklace measures 16” and no extender. It fit like a tight choker and I needed 20” length as description noted. The clasp is very complicated. Returning and will look for another option.

Beautiful but no extender

This is one of the most beautiful zirconia necklaces I have ever seen! It sits on the neckline and the necklace does not flip, like many of them do. I am excited to have it to wear for my son's wedding. However, I bought it in gold tone ( to match my dress) and I am discouraged to see that there are no earrings in gold tone ( only in silver) to match. None the less, it is indeed a lovely piece of jewelry I will continue to wear with many other outfits. It would have been IDEAL had it come with the extender..but such is life. Nothing is ever perfect!

Missing extender

I received the beautiful necklace today, but alas, like other customers no extender. Spoke to customer service and they are re-shipping but i have little hope based on other reviews here. Might I suggest you change the description?

Stunning!!!!

Saw this necklace in Macy's by chance. It is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. Can be worn dressed up or even casually. I plan on wearing it as often as possible. Never have I seen a better fitting necklace. It lays flat permanently and the stones go all the way around. Even the clasp has stones.
