This is the purchase that has never arrived.

I ordered this Ralph Lauren quilt - king size on Oct. 11, 2025 and received an email saying that there would be a delay on delivery of item until Oct. 16, 2025 - however, this is not 11/06/25 and even after calling to speak with Macys Customer Service 2 days ago as to where my purchase is and/or if I could cancel said purchase (told could not and that I was being billed for the RLL Quilt even though I had not received it - that they presumed it was in a warehouse perhaps being readied for shipment. This is ridiculous in 2025!!!!!
