Terrible zipper ruins entire coat

I have to seriously agree with the reviewer who discussed the zipper. Problems with the zipper since the beginning. Why did RL put such a cheapt zipper on this coat? Thank goodness that I did not pay full price

Warm

This is an attractive, warm coat. I like that it is lined with silky material which means you can put it on easily over any sort of material. I gave it 4 stars because a big part of any zip-up jacket/coat is the zipper - and the zipper on this coat is, IMO, low quality. Why? I should note that this coat also has nice snaps that one can utilize in addition to the zipper....you know, in case the zipper breaks. 😜
