Flimsy.

Towels are not typical Ralph Lauren. A bit flimsy. The delivery is the WORST experience I have ever experienced!! First delivery had two towels missing. Replacement order sent two towels wrong color. Next replacement one towels wrong color and one towel the right color. I called customer service several times, only to be put on hold, multiple times. They assured me the problem would be solved, but NEVER received the correct order!! Never again will I order from Macy’s!!
