Quilt did not arrive shipper stole it

I ordered it on line you said was delivered to my mailbox which is a UPS post box , I went to pick it up they said was not delivered They looked on the camera, no delivery, I am charged for no item and Macys refused to replace it nor refund . I am done with Macys. I don’t trust the shipper but Macys should stand by their customer service

I am very much disappointed. I wanted to love my sheet but it looks like someone returned the item. Quality mailing control did not do there job inspecting the item before mailing. I return all sheet and coordination and repurchase in Bloomingdale. The price was okay but item no good presentation for the buyer.

Truly Ivory, not at all tan

At first I thought I had received the wrong item, since I was expecting a "tan" quilt, with a slight yellow tone, some reviewers had said. Maybe I received the "white" but this isn't pure white, either. The weave is much larger than it appears in photos, making it a softer, less bedspread-like coverlet. I may exchange.

Total fail

The full/queen is too narrow for my queen bed. Cotton fabric is rough and the quilt puckers up. Looks cheap.i should have read the previous reviews. I will be returning it.

Unsurpassed Quality

I bought this coverlet in blue for my king bed and gifted the full/queen to my mother. Absolutely love it for its many qualities - sizing and coverage for a coverlet, cotton cover with polyester filling give it some stretch so it hugs the bed and washability. Its pattern is attractive.

Other occasion to buy:Because it’s not t the product is the because of the seller.

Bad features!

I’m not happy buying this Quilt, because this look like some one already used and put on back, i went to return it but they told me that I can’t return this because was last sell.
