Puffer coat

I recently purchased the puffer coat but unfortunately had to return it as the zipper kept getting stuck. Reading the reviews it looks like others had issues with the zipper. Must be a defect. Such a shame as Its a beautiful coat otherwise. I recently purchased another Lauren coat, a shorter style And the zipper is much heavier. No trouble at all.

I regret buying this coat.

This coat is horrible. The feathers are constantly coming out, the sleeve strings are always getting caught on the pocket zippers and the main coat zipper split after 3 days of use. I regret spending so much money on this coat. And now I can’t return it.

This coat was everything that I expected. The quality was perfect, the fit was perfect, and I loved it. However, the size I bought did not allow for sweaters underneath. It would have been too tight. Unfortunately, there was not a size larger available. I would highly recommend this beautiful coat.

Nice coat but like most RL runs small

Got this is in my usual size that’s perfect in any other brand, but in Ralph Lauren of course it’s so small I can’t even zip it up. Seems like good quality but I will have to return.
