Poor Customer Service! Never Received

I’m very disappointed,not in the product but that I never received the Lauren slide Fay in Orange Lily that I ordered. Instead I received the Lauren penny loafer. When I contacted online customer service was told I would have the order within 3 days. After three days I called to confirm the uorder and was told the size sold out. Such a disappointment! Poor customer service!
