I received this dress and need to return as it fits me too big. However, online it says I have not picked up the order and does not allow me to create a return label. I have contacted Macys customer service four times about the issue and all reps promised me that they resolved the issue and that i am going to receive a return label in 24-48 hours but I have not received anything. I have spent hours of my time trying to resolve this issue. This is completely ridiculous!!!
