I would give it a 5, if it would let me choose the 5x7 or larger embroidery frames. Other than that I absolutely love this machine and what it has to offer. So far its been easy for me to learn how to use it.

Expanded my creativity, Amazing machine
This was my very first machine, never ever used a needle and thread for anything in my life! But I admit It, I received the machine beautifully and securely packed, It sat on my living room floor for about a week before I finally got the courage to open it and explore. How I wasted that week LOL , because once I figured out what I was missing all these years (much less that week), all I want to do is create with it. It’s a solid well built machine nothing flimsy at all. It also easily converts to a sewing only machine too. So many detailed instructions in the operating manual (it’s amazing how much is covered) your answers are there for sure! There’s so many online resources that go over any questions you will ask as you’re learning to use this machine for the first time. I’m actually on my third machine now, amazed how Brother designed this miracle! It’s perfect size too for most patches that you’re ready to create, it’s a great machine to learn from too, I bought a second machine (SE600) and third larger refurbished machine (PE800) direct from Brother in the last couple months and they’re so awesome. The quality and design of these machines should last a really long time, but I’m only in about 4 months now, but I’m confident in year I’ll still be happy with my purchase! It’s definitely a reasonably priced investment, no regrets.

Variety of stitches plus embroidery options. Too !
I absolutely love this machine. I think of random things to sew, just to use it. I am so excited about the embroidery options. I can’t wait to try them. I was on the fence about this machine and a competitor. My gut said, “Go Brother” and I am absolutely thrilled that I did. It sews like a dream. Thank you so much!

Amazing product!
I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I am absolutely in love with my new sewing/embroidery machine! I have not stopped making quilts and costumes for my entire family! Very easy to assemble from box, the instructions were clear and precise. My favorite attribute to this product is it is programmable and does the design for you! I recommend this machine for anyone, from a beginner to a professional.

Great for hobbyists!
I am very crafty, but definitely a novice when it comes to sewing, so I was super excited to try out the Brother LB5000M. It being a Marvel edition was just icing on the cake since my son and husband are both huge fans. First of all, out of the box, this machine is a beauty. I mean I could have it sitting on my craft table and just admire it! It comes with everything you need to get started, including some nice Marvel designs. The manual is easy to follow and the touch screen makes figuring everything out very easy. It is very quiet and completely automatic which was a huge change from my previous 15-year old sewing machine. In spite of the large learning curve, I found it easy to use and I was able to figure most of it out rather quickly. I am excited to continue experimenting with it and trying more complex embroidery patterns!

It’s a keeper!
I received this product from Brother for my honest review. I like this machine because it’s easy to use. It runs smooth and very user-friendly. I must admit reading the instructions are a must! This machine sews and embroiders like a dream and is super simple....once you've read the first ten pages of the manual.
