Would you register gifts at Macy’s?

The shower gift was sent to the bride to be..without who it was from … no card telling anything! She had no idea who it was from until she looked on line. No excuse for this to happen! I haven’t seen it, so how can I rate the merchandise. Not a good idea to register at Macy’s. Very disappointed
