Balti is a cooking method that traces its roots to northern Pakistan. Similar to Indian curries, Balti dishes typically include marinated meats, vegetables and spices. The food is cooked and served in the wok-like bowl, then shared among the table with naan, a flat bread similar to pita. cute addition to the collection

First of all, please get the name right, it's a Kadhai (wok) and not a Balti (bucket). I loved the shape and look so had to get one. It's a little smaller than I expected. But I've used other Le Creuset pans including their sauteuse which has a lid. Not sure how the non stick the enamel is and how will it be with usage.

Love my Balti

My balti was delivered last week.. beautiful, I love the esthetic look., I made curry chicken the next day, it is very practical . Easy to clean.. so much to say .. I just love this vessel…..

Indian Dhal and Khadhi

Love this Cookware! We use it to make Indian Dhal and khadhi. It heats up very well and is great for when you do vaghar. It evenly distributes the heat and stays warm when I turn the stove off.

Good but small

It's a great dish to cook soups in and one pot meals such as stir fried rice. It is on the small side. So it's good for a family of 2.
